i was in NY in 1972-73 and knew Gopal. i became life member, but he and i used to scrounge prasadam from the basement in henry st. temple.

I am not sure who I am communicating with, as there is no name signed
to this letter. However, I can answer you generally.
It is not "my premise" that Kirtananda only abused one individual.
Apparently there was one victim who was willing to give

testimony, and an Official Decision was made concerning this case that
was brought forward. I have been in charge of the

office for about a year, so I do not know what atttempts were made to
gather additional evidence for additional victims.
If you have evidence of other incidents of child abuse commited by
Kirtanananda, I would certainly want to hear that

information. To further pursue this and open new cases, we would need
witnesses or victims willing to provide testimony.
I will be awaiting this additional information from you. Thank you for
your concern and interest.
